The Community Foundation awards grants in the areas of Health and Human Services; Education; Neighborhoods and Community Development; the Environment; Children, Youth, and Families; and Arts and Culture.

The income earned on the Foundation's assets will be used as contributions to further serve educational, charitable, cultural and religious purposes; specifically given to qualifying public charities under section 501(c)(3).

The fund supports organizations involved with arts and culture, education, health and welfare, cancer, disaster relief, youth development, human services, the retail industry, and civic betterment.

Giving primarily for education, family services, community development, and religious organizations.

Grantmaking activities of the Carver Trust focus on the broad program areas of youth, education and medical and scientific research.
