To provide private support to projects found acceptable by the trustees.

To promote the welfare of Henry County citizens and charitable organizations organized in Henry County.

The foundation supports organizations involved with K-12 and higher education, counseling, and human services.

Maintains operations of three museums  and supports upkeep and general maintenance of the buildings. 

Funds awarded should relate to music or the arts or be for a civic purpose.
