The purpose of the Omaha Community Foundation is to coordinate informed, effective and innovative giving that inspires positive change within our communities.
The Community Foundations of Southwest Iowa are affiliates of the Omaha Community Foundation. The purpose is to benefit these nine communities and the people who live within them.

Audubon County Conservation Board, playground, $8,000; Anita Public Library, $1,500; Crawford County Memorial Hospital, $2,066; Hamburg School Music Department, $600; City of Pisgah Fire Department, $8,900; Mills County Historical Society, $2,000; Sunshine 'N Rainbows Childcare Center, $4,000; Essex Child Center, $3,412; Petersen Family Wellness Center, $4,000.
