The Foundation has a special interest in projects that strengthen families through arts and culture, family recreation, and youth development/education. The Foundation also has philanthropic ties to the Mayo Clinic, Rochester, Minnesota.

UHCCF’s mission is to significantly enhance the clinical condition or quality of life of children covered under a commercial health insurance plan and who are 16 years old or younger living in the regions where UnitedHealthcare does business in the Unit

Giving for education, arts and culture, public affairs, social services, health, including cancer research, and aid for the handicapped.

Giving primarily for education, the environment, and medical research.

The foundation supports organizations involved with education and community development.

Makes grants to other organizations for medical research.
