Giving primarily to Shriners Hospitals for Children, Orlando, Florida; some scholarship grants to graduates of Weverly, Iowa, school system.

Scholarship awards to graduating high school seniors in Iowa who will enroll at Iowa State University and major in veterinary science, forestry, electronics, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, agriculture or home economics.

Mr. and Mrs. Bathalter were farmers in our area that left the bulk of their estate to this scholarship fund.

To donate income to qualified charities.
