Organization was established to assist orphans. Pursuant to court order, the organization distributes funds to public charities and governmental entities and subdivisions to assist and benefit children.

The foundation seeks to nurture charitable giving, enrich quality of life, and promote a sense of community.

Scholarship awards to employees and children of employees of CamBar-DeWco. Some giving to organizations that improve the quality of life in the Illinois and Indiana Quad City areas.
