Provide scholarships to Wilton, Iowa students who have the desire and ability to finish their higher education. Scholarships are provided on an annual basis. During 2022, scholarships were awarded to 32 applicants totaling $10,100.

Education and advancement of youth.

Scholarship awards to students of Crestwood, Cresco or Notre Dame high schools, Burlington, Iowa, who intend to pursue a course of study in pharmacy, nursing, pre-medicine, or agriculture at either the University of Iowa or Iowa State University.

Support only for the Jesus Christ-Prince of Peace Foundation, Clinton, Iowa.
 

Provide scholarships to graduating seniors of Webster City, IA for undergraduate, postsecondary education.

Support for senior citizens of Bremer County, IA, and scholarships to Bremer County, IA, high school graduates.

The foundation supports organizations involved with media, historic preservation, education, disability services, community development, and Christianity.
 

The net earnings of the Louis J. Elbert Trust each calendar year are awarded as scholarships to the Pocahontas Area Community High School class that graduates the following year.
