Evan Mantler served at the Larned A. Waterman Iowa Nonprofit Resource Center (LAWINRC) as a Summer Research Associate in 2020 and graduated from the University of Iowa in spring 2021 with a B.A. in Philosophy and English and Creative Writing with an emphasis in Publishing. Evan used her skills in research, writing, editing, and publishing to help the LAWINRC update some of their most widely read and used publications.

Hailing from Omaha, Nebraska, Evan is now working toward a law degree at the University of California Berkeley School of Law with the intention of renewing a commitment to public service by working in the public sector. When not in class, Evan enjoys knitting and embroidery.
