The North Iowa Landlord's Association (NILA) was formed on November 11, 1999.  We are Chapter #17 in the Landlords of Iowa, Inc.  We are governed by a Board of Directors consisting of a President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer, and five board members.  Meetings are held nine times per year; there are no meetings in July, August, or December.  Meetings are normally held on the second Tuesday of the month, meetings are composed of the organizational business meeting, guest speakers, and networking with other landlords and/or property managers.  Members of the North Iowa Landlords Association receive access to a Google Drive folder with important landlord forms, and copies of relevant Iowa Codes.
