uVoice is a Youth Philanthropy Board facilitated by Community Youth Concepts, a youth-serving nonprofit organization in Des Moines. uVoice consists of 15 Central Iowa high school students who meet approximately twice per month from August-May to learn more about grants and philanthropy, explore health issues that impact youth in their community, and ultimately, award grant funds to nonprofit organizations that they think are doing great work for children and youth in their community.

Applications for the 2025/2026 school year are being taken through Sunday, June 8.
