The Foundation for Dubuque Public Schools (formerly the Dubuque Community School District Foundation) supports student achievement by promoting investment in the Dubuque Public Schools. FDPS is a nonprofit organization committed to providing resources for all students of the Dubuque Community School District.

The Foundation also oversees Judi Chandlee Tribute to Teachers Classroom Grants. Awards annual classroom grants of $100 - 500 to teachers across the district.
Applications due March 15; awards announced by May 7.
