Morris (James B.) Scholarship Fund
Grant Information
The James B. Morris Scholarship Fund (MSF) is a scholarship for minority students who want to pursue college and graduate level educations. Since the program was established, over 1000 minority students have received scho1arshp assistance after high school to help them obtain higher learning. The MSF also works to motivate and counsel students who receive their awards.

Applicants must be of minority ethnic status as defined by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and have a minimum 2.5 G.P.A. All applicants must be U.S. citizens and have a valid social security number in addition to being: (1) Iowa high school graduate or (2) a May 2021 graduate and an Iowa resident who is or will be attending any U.S. college or university; or (3) Non-Iowa residents who are attending Iowa colleges or universities.
