Grant Information
The foundation provides scholarships to Algona community school district graduates for post-secondary education and provides general support for universities.
Amounts given to colleges and universities for Algona High School graduates: Iowa State University, $5,250; University of Northern Iowa, $14,000; Des Moines Area Community College, $5,250; North Iowa Area Community College, $7,000; Iowa Lakes Community College, $8,750; University of Iowa, $10,500; St. Ambrose University, Davenport, $3,500; Buena Vista University, Storm Lake, $5,250; Wartburg College, Waverly, $10,500.
