Georgia-Pacific creates value in its communities by addressing mutual issues of importance which improve the quality of life in the communities where our employees live and work.
City of Sheboygan, WI, $1500; Friends of the Bay Beach, Green Bay, WI, $5000; Missouri State University, Springfield, MO, $500; Ted Lewis Museum of Circleville & Pickaway Co., Circleville, OH, $2000; University of Minnesota, Minneapolis, $3000; numerous college scholarships to individuals ranging from $1045 to $2090.

Contributions have helped fund public school robotics and reading programs, college scholarships, job training initiatives, equipment for local fire departments, conservation programs, and educational programs for young, female and minority entrepreneurs. Grants have also supported local chapters of charitable organizations including Habitat for Humanity, United Way and the Salvation Army.
