“One of the frequent requests we receive at our Center is data on nonprofit salaries and benefits,” said LAWINRC director Paul Thelen. “In collaboration with the Iowa Nonprofit Alliance, we are excited to offer our first statewide Salary & Benefits Survey Report for 2024. It includes responses from over 300 nonprofit entities in Iowa. In addition, we partnered with the Nonprofit Association of the Midlands to include over 300 responses from across Nebraska. Together, this regional report will offer valuable information and insight to nonprofit leaders from across our two great states.”
