The Build with Bags program is a grant program to aid parks and schools in purchasing products made of recycled plastic bags. The products consist of park benches, picnic tables, and other outdoor items. The program's goal is to reduce the use of plastic bags, encourage use of reusable bags, and increase the recycling of plastic bags. Awards range from $800 to $2000.
