*Digital Roundtable: Restorative Practices - How to Replace Punitive Practices

During this month's roundtable we will be discussing the theory of Restorative Justice and the role it can play in the workplace. We will examine harmful punitive disciplinary practices that may show up in our own lives and the workplaces. We will then discuss potential practices that we can substitute and look at the ways other organizations and companies have adopted more restorative practices.
