Shichao Li

Shichao Li is a summer research associate at the Larned A. Waterman Iowa Nonprofit Resource Center (LAWINRC) and a 3L student at the University of Iowa College of Law. He updates various publications for LAWINRC, responds to clients’ questions, and delivers strategic planning. He is passionate in nonprofit work, especially when the corporate aspect is involved.

Shichao is originally from Shanghai and spent 7 years in Philadelphia before coming to Iowa. He received a BS degree in Mathematics from Ursinus College in 2018. He holds positions at the Iowa College of Law as a board member for the Journal of Corporation Law and as a research assistant to Professor John C. Reitz. Shichao has served as a summer law clerk at Nyemaster Goode, P.C., as a summer legal intern at John Deere Financial, and as an intern at an investment bank in China. In addition to English, Shichao speaks Chinese and Japanese.
