The Leadership Circle for Fundraisers of Color is a monthly peer group meeting of development professionals who identify as People of Color. In an informal, virtual format, participants will have frank conversations about their lived experiences, and share challenges and strategies for personal and organizational success. As a participant, you will have an opportunity to connect with colleagues from all over the country to share insights, gain practical solutions, and alleviate any on-the-job isolation or stress you might experience.
