Families Helping Families of Iowa presents our first ever Virtual Super Hero Bash 5K and One Mile Fun Run/Walk! This event includes a virtual costume contest with prizes and fun t-shirts! Choose your own route and log your distance between October 1 and October 31. T-Shirts and prizes will be available after the event concludes. All proceeds benefit Iowa’s children in foster care.
