And now in 2021, it feels entirely appropriate for leaders and consultants to be asking themselves, what does strategic planning look like today?
In this session, we'll explore questions like:
- What are the core questions that a "strategic plan" should or can answer in today's operating environment?
- How does strategic planning intersect with the racial equity and justice work that so many organizations are undertaking?
- How do we better articulate the connections between our values, our program methods, and our revenue streams?
- Who should be involved in strategic planning and how do we involve them in ways that actually inform the strategies we outline?
