*Organizational Strategy: Observations and Unpopular Opinions
Event Category

The Larned A. Waterman Iowa Nonprofit Resource Center works with hundreds of unique Iowa nonprofits each year, including many on organizational strategy. This has positioned the organization to make some key observations, as well as develop some opinions that sometimes run contrary to mainstream practices when it comes to your organization being consistently strategic. This fast-paced, interactive session will explore important questions nonprofit leaders ask when it comes to strategy and strategic planning. It will offer ideas and tactics that you and your organization can immediately experiment with to produce the outcomes you care about most.

Who Should Attend: Board members, nonprofit leadership, and staff members involved in strategic planning decision-making.

Attend in person or virtually. See the event website for the appropriate registration link.

Light refreshments will be available for in-person attendees. This program is available to all nonprofit agencies. Register by Monday, June 19 as space is limited.
