The coronavirus (COVID-19) has highlighted a need for nonprofits to be flexible and nimble. Nonprofits have had to pivot their services, and many were not ready to do so. An understanding of risk management can help nonprofits like yours continue their work in these uncertain times. Nonprofits may be aware of the need for risk management, but many aren’t familiar with all the planning and processes that are required to successfully mitigate risk. In this webinar, we will discuss what the elements of risk management are, including threats and opportunities. You will learn the impact of risk management upon your organization and what offensive measures you can take to reduce potential risks.

Can’t make the webinar? Register and we will send you the full recording so you can watch it on your own time!
