A panel of five legal professionals will review relevant state and federal statutes and case law, as well as proposed administrative rules. Areas of focus include compliance in maintaining incorporation and tax exemption, professional fundraising, meeting requirements, operations of foreign entities, exempt employee compensation, and more. The session has been approved for 1.00 CLE hour.
