Barbara Dunn-Swanson is the presenter of this session based on the book by Leslie C. Aguilar. Participants will learn the impact of stereotypes and biased statements, identify the most common reasons people sit silently in the face of bias and stereotypes, and enhance skills for speaking up against stereotypes. The session meets from 10 a.m. - noon.
There is no charge for the session, but registration is required. Refreshments will be served.
