Effective boards and committees have engaged members, strong leadership, and good process. When these are working well, a positive dynamic is created. When any area is challenged, it affects the other areas and can stall or lead to ineffectiveness. This workshop provides the tools and resources for building or rebuilding a healthy and active board.
