This is the first of three virtual seminars in the Nonprofit Law for the Nonprofit Leader Series. Each seminar is one hour.

- How to form a nonprofit corporation under NE law
- Basics of securing tax-exempt status under IRS Code 501, especially 501c3
- Funding rules for c3 nonprofits
- Merging, selling and dissolving nonprofits under NE law
- Legislative and legal updates
