Certain private nonprofits and state and local governments may take advantage of a recently approved FEMA funding opportunity. The funding is to assist seven Iowa counties affected by the Mississippi Flood from April 24 to May 13, 2023. The counties are: Allamakee, Clayton, Des Moines, Dubuque, Jackson, Lee, and Scott.
Requests for Public Assistance (RPA) are due by September 24, 2023.
