Doc Dash is an annual 5K hosted by students at the Carver College of Medicine for the benefit of the Iowa City Free Medical and Dental Clinic and the UI Mobile Clinic. These organizations provide basic medical services to those in need throughout eastern Iowa. Last year we set a Doc Dash record by raising over $20,000 to donate to these organizations. Help us break the record again this year! We encourage runners and walkers of all speeds and ages to come out and join the medical students in supporting our free clinics. Register your children for the fun-run, our Doc-ling Dash, that will begin at 8:30 am. Educational STEM activities for children in grades K-8 will be available.
