This year marks the 30^th anniversary of UI Dance Marathon. UIDM is the largest student-run organization on campus with nearly 3,000 students participating in this annual event. Since 1994, the group has raised more than $34 million to provide emotional, medical, and financial support to pediatric cancer patients and their families at the UI’s Stead Family Children’s Hospital. Dance Marathon also sponsors other activities such as mini-marathons and the Bank of America Chicago Marathon. For information on participating, see the Dance Marathon FAQ page.
