This overview of organizational assessments offers a framework for participants to consider the key elements of a reasonable review and have a discussion within their own association, congregation, or charitable cause about what constitutes a reasonable evaluation of the key indicators of their performance.
Sessions meet on three consecutive Thursdays from 2:00-3:30 pm. Topics covered are:
- January 13 - The Organizational Assessment
- January 20 - The Board Assessment
- January 27 - The Executive Director Performance Review
