This overview organizational assessments continues with part two of this three-part series. The topic for the 90-minute January 20 session is The Board Assessment. The series offers a framework for participants to consider the key elements of a reasonable review and have a discussion with their own associations, congregations, or charitable causes about what constitutes a reasonable evaluation of the key indicators of their performance.
The third and final session meets on Thursday, January 27 to cover The Executive Director Performance Review.
