The annual Network Learning Confab and Lobby Day is an action-packed, 3-day event designed just for our one-of-kind network. It's not a public conference, but a more personal gathering of nonprofit staff leaders, CEOs, and board members, of our member state associations of nonprofits and Nonprofit and International Allies. This year's Confab theme is Meeting the Moment.
Fill your cup at Confab where we will equip ourselves, and each other, with the knowledge and tools needed to overcome the factors that make us, our organizations, and the nonprofits we serve vulnerable to burnout, so we can emerge stronger than before and Meet the Moment together. There’s a lot at stake for nonprofit communities across the country. The ongoing nonprofit workforce shortage crisis, threats against diversity initiatives, combatting disinformation during a pivotal election year, to name a few. Nonprofits will turn to you for guidance and leadership to address these challenges and we can’t do it alone or from an empty cup.
