On July 1, new federal rules will go into effect that will raise the amount of money an employee must earn to be exempt from being paid overtime, with an additional increase scheduled for January 2025. As a result, it is estimated that nearly half a million nonprofit workers nationwide will be entitled to increased salaries or overtime pay. Will your employees be impacted?
