Creating a positive digital experience for donors involves lots of different kinds of outreach and engagement efforts. This includes a user-friendly website, informative mass communications, engaging online content and, of course, emails. However, these activities tend to happen in different parts of an organization — and those parts often are working toward different goals. It’s rare to find an organization that coordinates all its digital outreach and creates a seamless experience that engages supporters, builds stronger ties, and reduces transactional interactions.
