Panelists will review relevant state and federal statutes and case law, as well as new and proposed administrative rules. Areas of focus include compliance in maintaining incorporation and tax exemption, professional fundraising, meeting requirements, operations of foreign entities, exempt employee compensation, and more. Participants will have the opportunity to engage in a Q&A session.
