This session brings together legal professionals who will present issues related to attorney service as nonprofit board members. Panelists will review the fiduciary duties, professional rules, and ethical issues arising from board service. Panelists will review common scenarios, as well as potential pathways to navigate issues of competence, confidentiality, conflict of interest, and more. Participants will have the opportunity to engage in a Q&A session.
